Assistant was very supportive and kind also very professional Overall a good experience in a painful situation. Front desk staff very courteous and professional. Had a great experience at Spectrum. I only had one wisdom tooth removed under general but had quick and entirely pain-free recovery -- I took only one of the prescribed Tylenol 2 (?) pills and that was it. Individual results will vary, I'm sure, but I would recommend Dr. Wong and his staff -- all were friendly and professional.

Had two extractions today. Dr. andy Wong is personable and caring. Nurse Sue was terrific, putting me at ease with her gentle manner and sense of humour. Good nitrous too. After I was relaxed the procedure started and I awoke 20 Minutes later in the recovery area. Still relaxed and so far pain free. Easiest tooth pulling I can imagine. 5 stars and two thumbs up!👍👍😁

They were running late for my appointment, a surgery took longer than expected. When getting ready to pay for my wisdom tooth consultation, they told me it was a complimentary visit (waived the $177 cost) due to long wait times. That’s how you do customer service, in my eyes it resolved the issue good enough for me.
